Each year Interbrand releases the ranking of the best global brands. It’s a list of the most successful brands not only in the fashion industry but in every business. It’s not a surprise that the first 3 top brands of this ranking are Apple, Google and Microsoft.

The ranking lists the most successful brands, the ones with the most presence in people’s worlds and those that are able to grow in this changing world. The brands are the connection between the businesses and the people. The new generation and also the new technologies have changed what people expects from a brand and the companies that have understood this are those that are the most successful .

In the ranking there are also some big fashion companies like Zara that has climbed up from 27 to 24, H&M that dropped 3 places to 23, Nike which is the number 18 and Louis Vuitton which is confirmed also this year as the best 2017 luxury brand that held its position at 19.

Then there is Hermes at 32 that together with Gucci at 51 climbed 2 places. Bad news for Prada that last year was at 81 and this year is at 94. Also Dior lost some places.
