Surround yourself with the good people
It’s fundamental to feel part of a community of people who understand and support you. You should have around people that understand your work schedule so you don’t have to face with anxiety of having to cancel plans because something work-related popped up
Also the best have a bad day
It’s normal to have a bad day sometimes, we all can feel more stressed. Remember that also your colleague are human and get stressed just like you
Work well with others
Creating the best work environment is always the right choose, even if you want to scream just breath and controls your feelings. We can accomplish so much more when we work together. Plus, it’s way more fun that way.
Ask for help when you need
Don’t be afraid to ask about something that you’re not so comfy with. You should have to find some people that you could rely on, some for work questions, others for motivation to get to the gym. We should have to take advantage of the amazing women around us.
