Morning Routine 30 Day Challenge

I have a passion for the stories of successful women who made it and I love to read how they started and what they do now to improve their success and I’ve noticed that all the people who now have big businesses have one thing in common: an early morning routine made of simple but effective activities. All the entrepreneurs have one and they admit that it contributes to their success.

Every Sunday evening I feel motivated to start mine too, but the following Monday morning I end up to give up. Mainly because I think that implementing this Morning Routine can deduct some time from my working hours and since this company is in a startup stage it requires all my energies and all my time. But all the successful people swear by a morning routine as a way to boost productivity and in general also the personal life to achieve our goals.

So I have decided to start this week with a 30 Day Morning Routine Challenge and to share it with you here on the blog so that I’ll be sure to follow it every single day of this month, I don’t want to disappoint you. I really want Glam Observer, which is now my full-time job, to become something important so I really need to do everything that it takes to make this blog-turned-website successful and if that includes waking up early and doing some activities I think that at the end it will be worth it. Also, this Morning Routine contributes to improveĀ our personal life, nobody wants to have around sad and stressed people. Experts confirm that a morning routine improves your career, mood and health. Do you need another reason to not start tomorrow?

This is what my Morning Routine Will look like for the next 30 Days:

  • 6:30am Wakeup
  • 30 minutes of exercise to alternate between Pilates, Running outdoors or exercise bike at home
  • Breakfast
  • Reading for 20 minutes (some pages of a business book, newsletters, Instagram, Linkedin)
  • Preparing the lunch and tidying up the house for 20 Minutes
  • Shower, makeup and dress up for the day
  • 09:00 I’m ready and at my desk and I have the entire day to work without having to worry about working out, cleaning the house or other

I’m starting this Morning Routine to be more organized, productive and even happier! Sitting at your desk and knowing that you have already done all that activities, you will feel happier and satisfied and this will boost your productivity and mood for the entire day. Can you imagine how proud would you feel?

Waking up early and doing these activities can seem hard, especially now during winter, when everything we want is just staying in our warm bed, but think about your feelings when you sit proudly at your desk for having done all that things!

Plus if you need another reason to start a Morning Routine think about the free time that you’ll have at the end of your workday. You’ll have time to have a walk, some shopping, prepare your dinner without the guilt of countless activities that you need to still do when you finish your work. Waking up earlier can be hard, but I’m sure that it’s all habit.

Do you have a morning routine? Do you want to start with me this challenge and encourage each other? I can’t wait to share with you the results the next month and I’d love to read yours too!
